Roasted tomato, spinach, egg and provolone breakfast sandwich on baguette, Floriole, Chicago. SO GOOD. I knew Floriole had awesome baked goods and treats, but I hadn’t tried much beyond their sweets til today. Perfectly crispy but not too hard bread, hearty but not rich tomato sauce, iced Intelligentsia coffee, perfect weather and sitting outside… It’s Chicago summer and there’s nothing better.
